Guangdong's transportation powerhouse Shenzhen pilot: high-precision Beidou positioning of shared bicycles
On September 10, Shenzhen officially launched the pilot work of high-precision fixed-point parking of Internet rental bicycles, expanding the scope of the pilot experiment to Xili Street, Taoyuan Street, Xin'an Street and Xixiang Street of Baoshan District. It is understood that Shenzhen has taken the lead in using Beidou high-precision positioning technology in Taoyuan Street, Nanshan District to take the initiative in using Beidou high-precision positioning technology to solve the problem of sharing bicycles parked and placed randomly; Designated parking and settlement upon entry; The management mode has been tested and rehearsed.
To implement the "Outline for Building a Strong Transportation Country" proposed; Promoting the Application of Beidou Satellite Navigation System; It is required to promote the in-depth application of technology in Shenzhen's transportation industry. Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau and various departments formulated and issued the Work Plan for the Pilot Application of Beidou High Precision Positioning Technology in Shenzhen's Internet Rental Bicycle Industry, to rapidly promote the management of fixed parking of Internet connected bicycles based on Beidou High Precision Positioning.The pilot project was guided by Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Transport, with the active participation and close cooperation of Qingju, Halo, Meituan and other Internet bicycle operators.
As the competent department, Shenzhen Transportation Bureau will accurately map the coordinates of bicycle parking frames, provide all Internet bicycle operators with necessary public information, and coordinate the efforts of all parties to provide support for the pilot project.
As an Internet bicycle business enterprise, it needs to do the following three things well:
Deploy (replace) new Beidou high-precision positioning vehicles in pilot areas, with a positioning accuracy requirement of sub meter level;
Redesign the existing service process and require users to pick up and return their vehicles at designated locations through service agreements, and settle in the parking box;After processing the high-precision parking box location data provided by the supervisory department, it is set as a virtual electronic fence to; Car+Frame; Accurate positioning and judgment of the same level, timely grasp whether the returned vehicle has parked in the electronic fence.
This pilot project for high-precision parking of shared bicycles is the beginning of Shenzhen's exploration of more applications of Beidou in transportation scenarios, and also the first step in Shenzhen's practice of the "Outline for Building a Strong Transportation Country". Previously, the "Pilot Implementation Plan for Building a Strong Transportation Country in Shenzhen" was officially approved by the Ministry of Transport, presenting a transportation "big gift package" for the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the special zone, setting clear goals for transportation development in five major areas.Five major areas, including building an international aviation hub, integrating Shenzhen Dongguan Huizhou rail transit, constructing an inland port system, renovating and expanding highways, and innovating smart transportation technology.

Refactoring the existing service process and requiring users to pick up and return their vehicles at designated locations through a service agreement, and settle in the parking box;
After processing the high-precision parking box location data provided by the competent department, it is set as a virtual electronic fence, and accurately determined by the same level of "vehicle+box" precise positioning to timely grasp whether the returned vehicle has parked in the electronic fence.
