China Railway Electrification Bureau, which participated in the exhibition, showcased its 8 intelligent construction achievements and plans to debut in the field of construction and related engineering services at the China International Fair for Trade in Services. Among them, the Beidou positioning human-machine safety position warning system was awarded as a demonstration case of technological innovation at the China International Fair for Trade in Services.The Beidou positioning human-machine safety position warning system refers to a comprehensive management platform that provides accurate, efficient, real-time safety protection and remote monitoring for railway vehicles and operators during the on-site construction process.According to China Railway Electrification Bureau, in recent years, adhering to the corporate philosophy of "providing green and intelligent rail transit products and services", China Railway Electrification Bureau has deeply developed and applied a large number of engineering equipment such as Beidou positioning human-machine safety position warning system, inspection robots, intelligent assembly lines, intelligent pole cars, and intelligent construction machinery sets in key projects such as the Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway, Wuhan Optics Valley T1T2 line, and Taiyuan Metro Line 2.At the same time, China Railway Electrification Bureau has also actively promoted the deep integration of big data, Internet, 5G and other information technologies with engineering construction, carried out intelligent construction practice and smart site construction, independently developed and applied enterprise data construction management platform, urban rail transit data management platform and other management tools, and promoted the construction management into the information age.At the exhibition section on urban renewal and existing building renovation management in the construction services sector of the China International Fair for Trade in Services, the operation and maintenance inspection robot developed by China Railway Electrification Bureau became the focus of attention in the exhibition area. This type of robot uses autonomous or remote control to inspect indoor and outdoor equipment in unmanned substations, underground pipe galleries, subway tunnels, and other scenarios. Through various onboard sensors, it can detect harmful gases, smoke, and equipment temperature and humidity in real time, detect equipment failures, foreign object intrusion, and other abnormal phenomena in a timely manner, and invite operators to remotely connect through alarms to eliminate on-site faults through remote control.In addition, China Railway Electrification Bureau also showcased their developed intelligent construction equipment kit, which has changed the problems of low efficiency, high cost, and high labor intensity of traditional tools, ushering in a new era of intelligent construction for high-speed rail construction.
