The air traffic volume of China's civil aviation will more than triple that of 2010 in 2020, and the annual number of takeoffs and landings will exceed 15 million. Traditional surveillance technologies such as radar and their layout and quantity will be unable to meet the growing demand for air transportation. Based on the current situation, China's civil aviation utilizes modern technology to vigorously promote the technological transformation of surveillance systems, strengthen the optimization of positioning and data transmission in the aviation field, and strive to build an integrated ADS-B operation system for space, air, and ground, actively promoting the construction and operation of ADS-B.
