This year's "First Class of School" is themed "Youth Strong, China Strong", with many heavyweight guests as speakers, focusing on the three chapters of "Responsibility, Unity, and Science", promoting the spirit of epidemic prevention, popularizing epidemic prevention knowledge, and conveying the concept of "putting the people first and life first".In the program, Zhong Nanshan, the winner of the "Medal of the Republic", told the story of his birth, growth, learning medicine and practicing medicine, fighting SARS, and going to Wuhan when the COVID-19 occurred, which inspired the young generation to love life and dare to take responsibility. Through the advanced deeds of role models, it triggers children's thinking on growth.This year's' First Lesson of School 'has specially set up a' Science 'section to strengthen the popularization of scientific knowledge for children. Whether it's Dr. Zhang Wenhong's popularization of knowledge about the healthy growth of young people or Chief Designer Xie Jun's storytelling about the development of the Beidou satellite, they both help children increase their knowledge and further stimulate their interest in science.The program innovatively utilizes the "cloud classroom" approach and sets up "classrooms" simultaneously in Beijing and Wuhan.
