The 55th satellite of the Beidou Navigation Satellite System (Beidou-3 geostationary orbit satellite) has completed in orbit testing, network access evaluation, and other work. It has officially entered the network recently and provides positioning, navigation, and timing services using the ranging code 61. The satellite was developed by the China Academy of Space Technology and launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center on June 23, 2020.On June 23rd, the last networked satellite of China's Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system was ignited and launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center. On the morning of June 23rd, the last global networking satellite of Beidou-3, which was delayed for a week due to technical reasons, was successfully deployed in space after being "restarted" at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center.
